Can I return my sling for a refund if I change my mind?
1/ Items may be returned within 14 days for a refund, minus the actual P&P charge.(the initial P&P is free).The sling must be in 'As Sold' condition (see below).
2/Can I exchange for a different size ?
Items may be exchanged for a different size providing it is in 'as sold' condition, e.g not washed , in original packaging,not smelling of smoke or pets etc.The set time for an exchange is 14 days,but can be extended if the sling was bought for a gift,or you were pregnant at the time of buying.As long as it fits the above criteria.
Exchanges -The customer pays the return P&P one way. In the unlikely event that the sling needs to be changed a second time,the customer pays both ways.
