  • Stretch Twill:    A strong, durable fabric characterized by diagonal micro ridges on the face of the fabric.Stretch twill is often used for khaki pants, for example.Appropriate year round.Softens nicely after washing.

 

  • Stretch Sateen: describes a kind of weave which makes a smoother finish than traditional weaves,(not shiny at all), giving a softer hand and more lustrous look.This is wearable year round,and very soft to the touch. This is made from COTTON.Sateen is just the weave.
  • Both are 97% cotton and 3% lycra
  • Each fabric is of a very high quality,and has to be seen and touched to appreciate.
I find that pouch slings due to the fact they are custom fitted,and not adjustable,are much better with this kind of fabric,i.e fabric with a slight widthways stretch,as it moulds to the baby's body for a better fit.I feel linen or ordinary cotton doesn't work as well.
  • Wash in cool water.
  • Can be shrunk one size down if necessary later-just wash in warm water and tumble dry.
