1/How much to ship to the U.K?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the U.K.
2/How much to ship to Europe?
Shipping is £4.50 to anywhere in Europe.
3/Will I have to pay a customs fee if outside of Europe?
Anyone outside of Europe needs to be aware of any customs fee relevant to their country. The customer takes full responsibility for these fees.However so far nobody we've dealt with outside of Europe so far,have had any charges.
4/ When can I expect my order?
We aim to ship within 24 hours,(often the same day), so between 1 - 3 days is the norm for the U.K although it's not written in stone.
Shipping for Europe usually takes within 4 - 7 days.
5/ Do you ship outside of Europe?
Yes,anyone outside of Europe needs to contact me for shipping cost.
6/Can I collect in person?
Yes,anyone living close to the Hastings area can contact me by phone or email to arrange a time.
7/If you don't have my choice of Slingling design or size - can I order it from you?
For an extra charge of £4.99 you can have it shipped from the supplier(slinglings.com).Part of the shipping cost is absorbed by us to give you the best possible deal.
These will typically arrive within 10 days.
